Dos heroínas cuya voluntad y fortaleza solo se compara con su sensualidad deberán unirse para salvar Helium.
¿De qué viene?
Dejah Thoris y Vapirella, dos heroínas femeninas de carácter fuerte cruzan sus caminos y debe aliarse para el reto que deben afrontar.
Dejah Thoris es la princesa de la ciudad estado marciana / imperio de Helium en la serie de novelas marcianas de Edgar Rice Burroughs (Tarzan), mientras Vampirella (principal exponente del cómic de terror y erótico) fue creada por Forrest J. Ackerman, Archie Goodwin con el artista Frank Frazetta, ella proviene del planeta extraterrestre Drakulon, donde los Vampiri, raza humana de vampiros bebían sangre de los ríos hasta que sus recursos se acabaron.

¿Qué sucede?
Cuando los astrónomos de Helium detectan que se acerca un ovni, hacen una reunión donde el jefe Jeddak es convencido por su nieta Dejah Thoris de que la deje ir sola al encuentro con esta nave desconocida, como una enviada diplomática ante una situación que puede poner en riesgo a los habitantes de Marte.
Dejah Thoris siempre coloca su persona ante los intereses de su nación, claro está apoyada por su espíritu de aventura.
La nave que se estrella proviene del planeta Drakulon, por supuesto es piloteada por Vampirella, quien se encuentra en una misión para conseguir los insumos para poder seguir alimentado a su pueblo, ya que al no tener sangre que beber se desata una ira asesina en los Vampiri, por lo que Helium está por recibir una peligrosa visita.
Este cómic establece muy bien la posición y personalidad de ambas figuras femeninas, el balance de sus caracteres.
Giro de la trama:
El final es impactante y los deja con ganas de ver lo que viene, que promete ser muy violento.
Arte y Trama:
Erik Burnham y Ediano Silva le dan esa fuerza y sensualidad a estas dos guerreras, a su vez destacan la inocencia de Thoris y la malicia de Vampirella con simples expresiones faciales, aparte de proporcionar una atmósfera con un buen balance de terror y ciencia ficción.
Resumen
Esta primera entrega presenta con éxito una historia que mezcla de manera orgánica dos grandes personajes diferentes que provienen de distintos universos, sin dejar a un lado la acción y suspenso.

What's going on?
When Helium astronomers detect that a UFO is approaching, they hold a meeting where Chief Jeddak is convinced by his granddaughter Dejah Thoris to let her go alone to meet this unknown ship, as a diplomatic envoy to a situation that can put risk to the inhabitants of Mars.
Dejah Thoris always places his person before the interests of his nation, always supported by her spirit of adventure.
The ship that crashes comes from the planet Drakulon, of course it is piloted by Vampirella, who is on a mission to get the supplies to continue feeding his people, since having no blood to drink, the Vampiris unleashes a murderous rage without control, what Helium is about to receive a dangerous visit.
This comic sets very well the position and personality of both female figures, the balance of their characters.
Plot's Twists:
The end is shocking and leaves them wanting to see what is coming, which promises to be very violent.
Art and Plot:
Erik Burnham and Ediano Silva give that strength and sensuality to these two warriors, in turn highlight the innocence of Thoris and Vampirella's malice with simple facial expressions, apart from providing an atmosphere with a good balance of terror and science fiction.
Summary
This first issue successfully presents a story that organically mixes two great different characters that come from different universes, without leaving aside the action and suspense.
